Western Slope's Choice for Adventure Yoga

My name is Tara Alexis, and I am a registered 200-hour yoga teacher specializing in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. I originally come from the Front Range region and have traveled extensively throughout Utah before settling in Grand Junction. During a vacation with friends in Palisade, I had an epiphany that I should move there and start my own yoga business. While I had practiced yoga before, my previous work experience was in government and law. However, I decided to follow my heart and launched my yoga business in February 2023. The support and encouragement of my clients motivate me to keep showing up day after day.
